• Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities with site team.
• Prepare, plan maintenance tasks for scheduled maintenance and modifications.
• Schedules and monitor progress of work through daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitor progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning.
• Practicing project planning using IBM Maximo7.5 and Smart sheet.
• Technical assistance in interpreting specifications, plans and estimating BOQ, manpower, material requirement and availability.
• Coordinate with manager and engineers to discuss the progress of the project work and address any issues that arise.
• Apply appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project work scope.
• Establish and maintain resource loaded detailed project schedule using Maximo Software Maintain on-site all assets records in Maximo.
• Maintenance of Complete Accounting data manually and On Computerized Accounting software Data Book Updating and Preparation Receipt and Payment Vouchers.
• Handling Cash and Maintaining Petty Cash Book.
• Maintenance of Sales and Purchases.
• Update & Prepare Weekly Cash Flow Reports.
• Preparation of Monthly Salary Statement with Loan & Advance and Other Deduction Columns
