Job Responsibilities:-
Managed Project Activities:-

o To Work under the Project Manager to lead specific project.
o Coordinate with Site Project Management, Planning, Coordination, Controls, Schedule Adherence and daily
progress.
o Use specialized software to create models & Drawing.
o Execute Project Construction as per Design and Client Requirements successfully.
o Construction, installation & commissioning of new development projects.
o Tracking the outlook & maintenance issues of sites with respective vendors for its closure within response time.
o Work in line with the HSE standards to maintain high safety while keeping up with tight schedules.
o Responsible for cost estimation of installed material and create BOQ of projects.
o
o Maintain discipline, recommend & administer corrective action according to the policy & procedures.

Managed Maintenance Activities:-

a) Complete & Timely Preventive Maintenance of All Static & Rotating Equipment
b) Installation of 28Ton Induction Furnace
c) Servicing of All Gear Boxes
d) Repair & Overall Maintenance of EOT Cranes
e) Installation of Pumps
f) Maintenance of All Hydraulic Cylinders (50Bar to 150Bar)
Deep well Turbine Pump
Centrifugal
Gear Pump
Submersible Pump
g) Repair & Maintenance of CCM all Rollers, Hydraulic Pipes, Cooling Pipes Etc.


Other Plant Maintenance:

To Cut Heavy Scrap (Max. Pressure. 320Bar)

To Separate The Steel Slag Through Roller Crusher
