· Strategic Partnership: To maintain close coordination and extend technical support, advice and advocacy to the relevant Government teams in the District on matters relating to Community Driven Local Development (CDLD) policies and programs covered under relevant strategic outcomes of Govt. of KP.
· Operations Management: To provide timely advocacy to and to identify funding opportunities from the Office of the Director General Local Govt. of KP. To keep close coordination with district line departments and identify the potential strategic partnerships opportunities under the government annual plans as well as the medium and long terms strategies.
· Implementation: Actively participate in the district development specific technical meetings and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders as delegated (e.g. coordination and communication with the district/provincial government, cooperating Social Mobilization partner for efficient implementation, monitoring and timely identification of potential risks and mitigation measures for achieving desired organization goals).
· Coordination: Develop linkages among the local community and District Administration by implementing the CDLD program in the district.
· Develop Village Council Development Plan (VCDP) and enter in the CDLD KP MIS.
· Ensures administration of finance focusing: Allocation of fund under CDLD program schemes in the district and timely update the CDLD MIS at KP level.
• Plan, Implement, monitor and evaluate project activities in Islamabad, Lahore, Mianwali, Karachi, Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat and Haripur and ensure timely submission of weekly, monthly and Final Project Report and other statistical, analytical reports reflecting the progress of the project. Work in close consultation and coordination with Director-LAP in terms of project management.
• Prepare analytical updates of the project activities reported by Team leaders and Field Managers.
• Provide inputs for budget utilization and monitoring, oversee the financial well being of the project by analyzing cost effectiveness and prepare, submit and justify budget enhancement requests to the Admin. /Finance Officer.
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant stakeholder in general and with key staff in particular for smooth and speedy implementation of the projects.

• Budgeting & Financial Management:
Develop realistic project plans together with partners, work with Sr. Program Manager and Finance Manager to ensure that budgets are compliant with donor requirements. Deliver program objectives including full participation in the annual budget preparation process.
• Monitoring & Evaluation:
Regularly monitor and measure the evidence of outputs, outcomes and positive impact and produce timely progress reports of project activities as per agreed upon procedures.
