• Mentor the business development and sales staff to improve their capabilities to secure
and successfully close business deals with external organizations that result in
profitable and sustainable revenue flows through business policies with special
emphasis on sustainable business approach
• Analyze and review commercial deal structures and commercialization strategies to
ensure that objective achieved with policy of best practice
• Identify and create external commercial opportunities and partnerships that use, expend
and develop the capabilities and facilities of the company. This includes maintaining
business relationships with clients/customers
