Currently working in HSE department of a diversified engineering company dealing mainly in oil refining projects. Ability to handle international safety standards, which includes controlling of employees, assets at field and striving to avoid incidents, promoting HSE culture within the company.

Perform accidents reporting, review & investigation. Carry out root cause analysis and assist in development of concrete countermeasures to prevent accident re-occurrence.
Support & undertake auditing strategies in order to ensure complaints / reporting correction / performance improvement.
Monitor / maintain data & information statistics on safety activities / incident trends in order to provide analysis / recommendations to management.
Visit different project / work sites for monitoring & inspection to ensure that jobs are carried out with reasonably practicable safety controls. Guiding employees / contractual staff to eliminate / control unsafe acts through positive feedback and effective counseling.
Develop & distribute safety bulletins for sharing findings of accidents / injuries & other information related to safety issues.
Carry out periodic plant risk assessments / job safety analysis in order to implement preventive measures to avoid any mishap / accident.
Liaise with foreign stakeholders (TMC, TDEM) in terms of sharing data / accidents information and developing concrete improvement plans based on direction set by the principal company.
Develop and roll out training / awareness sessions with all stakeholders in order to inculcate safety mindset & ensure compliance with safety rules.
