In June 2015 I completed my masters in Gender studies from Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi, & also obtained a Certificate by Global Understanding class on promoting peace & understanding English & Certificate awarded by East Carolina University & University of Abu-Bakr Belkaid Tlemcen Algeria on paper presentation, successfully completed final year research project entitled as 'Experiences of Young Married Couple Living in Joint Family System. This has given me a range of practical capabilities that will meet the needs of this role. I worked as a teacher in English Model School and part-time as a teacher in Religious Education Centre & also six weeks internship in Gojal Rural support organization. My responsibilities in this role included providing face-to-face meetings with BoDs, writing the meeting minutes and also visited different area as a field consultant. This position has given me key employability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment seminars and training's with JICA and also with Agriculture Department Hunza worked with Aga Khan Rural Support Program (YIP) intern at Human Resource Development Network Islamabad Worked with Networking and Linkage Officer to making files and writing reports & also worked with the Documentation & Reporting Officer in several tasks as; covering the foundation related events, report writing Worked with the EA to organize meetings at office & also make invitation cards & letters for the other offices & official persons . I have worked as a Field Coordinator/Social Organizer at village level in Punjab. I worked in 40 villages of the project area to socially mobilize and help women and men households to maintain their livelihoods based on agriculture. Now I am working In Lok Virsa Media Archive. Data Cataloging of Archive Video, Audio & Pictures, Digitization of all previous data, Bringing the data on excel sheet & make easy access of Server for peoples.

Lok Virsa Islamabad
Having the ability of data feeding, I am working in Media (Archive). The main task which I am doing is,
• Archive data cataloging
• Working on video, audio and photograph which is available in Archive to digitize them and bring them on excel sheet for the needs of people in coming days
• Working on excel sheet to enter all the previous data which was in the form of Performa
• Worked on FileMaker Pro to feed the data to easily find out and easily searchable on the site
• Titled the old tapes with new identifier to find them easily
• With the help of new digitized Hard Desks I am entering the data on excel sheet and then it will be imported to FileMaker Pro to make them easily searchable on the site, for those who want to listen the audio, video songs.
Field Coordinator/Social Mobilizer
In the capacity of Field Coordinator, I have worked as a Field Coordinator/Social Organizer at village level in the Ghazi Brotha Taraqiati Idara of District Attock, Punjab. I worked in 40 villages of the project area to socially mobilize and help women and men households to maintain their livelihoods based on agriculture.
Regular travel to field sites/villages every working day in the project area and making contact with local farming communities especially with rural women. Conducted training & Health Camp for the rural women to aware them about Agriculture and Health. Collection of data and monthly meetings with the female farmers. Case studies and success stories of female farmers.
Intern
HRDN has given me a good platform to learn much more and good ideas and special things to know and how to work in a professional life.
• Worked with the Networking and Linkage Officer to making files and writing reports and also worked with the Documentation and Reporting Officer in several tasks as; covering the foundation related events, report writing.
• Helped the staff in organizing the special event of (AMM) Annual Member Meeting held at Aqas Gallery Islamabad in which five hundred peoples were invited.
• Worked with the Executive Assistant to organize meetings at office and also make invitation cards and letters for the other offices and official persons.
• Worked as a Front Desk Officer.
• Attended different meetings at office and with BODs task given to me was write down the meeting minutes.

Gojal Rural Support Organization (NGO) (1st August-20th September 2014)
Six weeks internship at Gojal Rural Support Organization (GRSO) Sost Gojal as per the degree requirement of Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi
• Entrepreneur training from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) July 2014.
• Two day session on Child Right and Child protection held at Gojal Rural Support Organization (GRSO) Sost, August 2014.
• One day session on importance of Gender Policy, August 2014.
• Report writing of the overall work.
Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)
• Worked as a field worker with JICA for the preservation of Apricots and make it useful for daily life.
• Three days workshop attended in Islamabad about Agricultural sector with the collaboration of JICA.
Agriculture Department Hunza- Nagar
• Entrepreneur training about making Apple and Apricot Juices and Jam
• Mix vegetable pickle and how to preserve it for the winter season
• Making Tomato Ketchups for daily uses.
