Support in functionalizing Midwifery Led Safe Birth Centers in the districts/ region
Organize and facilitate in the capacity building of CMWs in MNCH related areas
Provide ongoing support to CMWs in establishing their the MLBCs
Strengthen the referral linkages from community to birth centers and to hospitals
Provide ongoing facilitative supervision to the assign CMWs
Strengthen the liaison with MNCH district management team and Midwifery Schools in the district
Support in functionalize skills labs in the Schools for competency based training of deployed CMWs
Ensure provision of quality MNCH services by community midwives by continuous OJT and mentoring.
Facilitate the entrepreneur skills training of CMWs including mentoring visit to improve their skills
Monitor progress towards the objectives as assigned by management
Work collaboratively with district team to produce effective implementation
Monitor the performance through program activities to ensure that the activities and are on target.
Liaison with other key departments (HR, finance etc.) to monitor the progress of the activities
Share success stories, pictures and report on best practices to communication team.
Engage local community to enhance the credibility of CMWs
Strengthen the linkages between community midwifery and Lady Health Workers to improve primary health care
Facilitate in generating budget for the execution of planned activities
Implementation of mobile application on clinical decision making (umeed say) and mhealth with LHWs program team in the districts
Identify trouble shooting with district IT person to support the intervention
Report the services delivery; quality indicators, entrepreneur; success stories on monthly basis.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and all team members including management
Ensure compliance with PEI operational policies and regulation
Trainings and coaching mentoring of assigned DOH, private, midwifery schools preceptors and other health facilities staff like RHSA centers and FWCs.
On job training for Skill Birth Attendants SBAs, Preceptors, trainers in provision of quality MNCH services: assess their competency levels, identifies areas that need improvement and develop personalized action plans as necessary.
Supports the quality improvement/quality assurance processes for SBAs through Quality Improvement patient Safety (QIPS Assessment)
Contributes to problem solving on issues related to the establishment and operation of MNCH center
Keeps MCHIP program and technical staff informed of successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
Participates in relevant updates on new technical knowledge and approaches within MCHIP/Pakistan.
Reporting as per management/administratively to MCHIP technical team
Technical field visits schedules will be planned with relevant department head where applicable
Plan joint visits with other technical staff members
Collection and record keeping of training data through Training information management service data collect (TIMS)
To conduct SBMR assessment at Midwifery school, identify gaps and develop action plan
Facilitate the principal, tutors in Implementing the action plan and revew plan as needed DHO and MS of DHQH.
strengthen skill lab with principal and tutors (with available models and manikins and request for those not available but really needed)
Ensure the use of teaching/learning aids by the students Midwifery school.
Maintain Demonstration as per the station needed for trainee CMWs
Assist in learning skills by Demonstration/ Demonstration of students
Facilitate in Conducting OSCE and maintain results of all the students
Assist in record keeping of school (Maintaining all relevant reports and records of students, tutors principals and program.
Proper filling of all data, Examination, OSCE,
Supervising and evaluating the delivery of paramedic items and cares.
Planning a patients discharges from camps and if required liaising with community nurses, Drs and social workers.
Taking responsibility for medicine in the camps as well field.
Utilizing specialist medical and healthcare equipment.
Responding quickly and effectively to episodes of verbal and/or physical aggression.
Taking a patients pulse, blood pressure and temperature, also observing and recording the condition of patients.
Ensuring that care plans are implemented and evaluated on a regular basis for every patient.
Managing family planning and health clinics in partnership with other healthcare teams.
Carrying out routine investigations and care procedures, such as administering medication, injections and intravenous infusions.
Make Community Organization (CO)
To indentified flood affected male and female beneficiaries for skill development trainings
Visiting flood affected areas of district Jacobabad and its tehsils
Demonstrate policies and packages of the organization
Form Village Development Organizations (VDOs)
Register/Fill forms of the people.
Conduct social mobilization sessions and TNA for beneficiaries
Facilitate and train beneficiaries
Meet and monitor beneficiaries and follow up of inputs
Support and Facilitate in matching grant and tool kits distribution
Give the Training session about Development Business Plan.
Conduct VC meetings for sustainable livelihood beneficits.
Make monthly progress reports.
