Currently i am working at Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund as a Management Executive at G-8/1 Islamabad. I got my regular Master Degree from Peshawar University in Political Science, I joined Sarhad Rural Support Program as a Intern Social Organizer, Their i served for 6-7 Months, and further i was appointed as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at District Hangu, their i spent 4 years. Then i took the responsibility at Benazir Income Support Program to conduct survey at Takhte Nasrati, at Dist Karak, supervising 45 staff members. Then i joind BKPAP-SRSP Project as a ME Officer at Karak. Again i was selected for Mianwali District Emergency Project as AMEU Officer, Where i was Monitoring Head. Then, i went to UAE Dubai with a Construction Co. to furnish my career with foreign experience as well. After that, i came to Pakistan, and joind MSS RHF Project at Karak as District Project Officer. So, I got great experience in Social sector, as a Management of project activities in Social sector and especially Monitoring Evaluation (ME). Specially i got a bulk of experience in supervising the monitors in Emergency Response Project (ACTED) Mianwali District, where i was evaluating the 4 Projects activities at once. I also got a full advantage of using Laptops, Printers, Copiers, Scanners, Cameras, Projectors and binding machines in all of my career.
Conduct appraisal visits to review and monitor the progress of Partner organizations.
Monitor the process of organization of households into Community Organizations and Village Organizations through field based social mobilization teams and district management teams.
Coordinate with different units within organization in order to ensure proper program integration at all levels.
Monitor the process of growth into higher-level community institutions at the Union Council (UC) level.
Conduct quarterly field visits to the Partner Organizations.
Formulate and submit field visit reports to senior management.
Prepare Financing agreements and review SOEs followed by ensuring their further processing.
Supervising the Pick & Delivery system of TCS Franchise. Supervising the duties of all franchise staff members. Managing the cash recieved and depositing daily to Banks. Supervising the Cash on Delivery items and depositing the cash to Bank. Managing the stationary for office use and making request timely to head office.
This was RHF Reproductive Health Franchising Project. I was overall in-charge at District level. I Ensured the presence of MIS staff working in the district office and entries being done with accuracy Ensure enough availability of stock on district and providers Ensure the presence and assess provided instruments given by the organization. Ensure stationery for provider and field staff Liaison with Government, stake holders, other NGOs/CBOs and represent MSS RHF in activities and events organized by them Supervise all the financial matters of the components operating in the district. Supervise all the HR related matters of the districts Ensure the timely submission of all (monthly, quarterly and on demand) reports. Ensure fixed assets existence and maintenance at district office Conduct yearly performance appraisal and identify staff need assessment. Maintaining staff personnel files in the district level and hiring of new staff as well.
Controlling the whole office activities and documents/files as well. Purchasing stationary when and where needed. Assisting the Project Manager in his daily official duties. Writing daily Progress reports the work going on in the 68 Villas (Orange Lake Project). Attending phone calls and referring to the concern Engineers. Checking the warehouse lists thoroughly and intimating the Project Manager about the deficiency. Resolving problems regarding Internet issues or computer software or window installation issues.
Monitoring the whole activities of four (4) projects running at a time.
Managing & In-charge of 6 AMEU Monitors for the monitoring process and activities.
Making work plans for different activities, and to monitor them timely.
Working with close coordination of Project Coordination staff to facilitate them in implementation.
To check that all the activities are being fulfilled according to the project criteria.
To fill & assess the appraisals of the community from field.
To develop questionnaires for the different monitoring surveys
To send and receive Emails regarding AMEU from Head Quarter at Islamabad foreigners staff.
To receive updates regarding AMEU materials & give trainings to 6 AMEU Monitors at district Mianwali.
To train other staff members regarding surveys and to supervise them accordingly.
Checking and getting feedback of non-formal community schools. Solving the problems faced by the teachers and the students.
Preparing efficiency reports of the project employees, and assessing their problems, both in office and community as well.
Planning and conducting Free Medical Camps in the project area.
Meetings with Govt. agencies and community stack holders for the smooth running of the project.
Capacity Building of Male & Female members by giving them Training of Trainers (TOT).
Selecting and identifying of male members for the skill trainings e.g. Refrigeration Training, Driving Training, and Mechanical Training from GTVC.
Preparing & Evaluating Monthly Progress Reports for the activities done in the district, and reporting to Head Office Peshawar.
Preparing Monthly Work Plans for the overall activities and field works for the staff members.
Data entry using IMS system on computer.
Training of Supervisors, Monitors & Public Campaign Officer for the survey to be conducted.
Training of (200.Nos) Enumerators for the survey.
Assisting all the supervisors for planning to conduct survey.
Leading all the staff members in the field and giving them support.
Providing timely Logistic support for the survey team at Tehsil.
Providing support to the Survey team at Tehsil Level by meetings with Tehsil Nazim, Union Nazims, Naib Nazims & Other Stake Holders of the area.
Checking the enumerated Forms and ensuring the numbers of Poverty Score Cards.
Providing the survey kits to the field staff.
Capacity Building of Male & Females by giving them Office Bearer Training.
Checking and taking feedback of non-formal community schools. Reporting the problems faced by the teachers and the students.
