• Posting all bills for Venus USA,UAE, Bangladesh and Sri-lanka in QB
• Maintaining payable and receivables for the companies
• Bank Reconciliations(Wells Fargo, NBP of USA, RAK, MCB,CNB and SunTrust)
• Maintaining database for Pakistan(Imports goods)
• Prepare the Break Up of Financial Statements
• Prepare the financial outlook (all Above Companies)
• Costing and Tentative Costing for Import and Export goods
• Issuing invoices to customers.
• Monitoring receivables and managing payable
• Finalize Accounts with Finance Manager

• Reporting to Chief Accountant
• Monthly Sale Tax return File.
• Monthly Preparation of income tax & Sale tax Challan.
• Create Sale tax Invoices in Oracle Module Super Order Management System
• Maintain the Customer Leger and reconcile with Oracle Leger
• Monthly sale Closing & creating Party Wise & Price Average Summaries
• Reconcile the monthly production.
• Verify the agent’s commission bills
• Prepare the Annual sale Summaries
• Update the Receivable and Overdue List.
• Verified the cash Demands, Over time wages, monthly Wages and salary .
• Bank Reconciliation.
