Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements
Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s).
Completing work reliably and effectively with resiliency, minimal direction or support.
● Making daily rounds to note the attendance of students, tutors and teaching assistants.
● Coordinating academic support activities such as tutoring, multimedia learning tools, and academic events.
● Substituting as a tutor if a tutor is late or absent.
● Notifying applicants of decisions for an interview.
● Developing and implementing value-added student activities that adds to the school’s academic enrichment and cultural environment.
● Performing and coordinating academic and administrative activities for designated faculty members.
● Ensuring student referrals are met with personalized follow-up from campus offices.
● Managing and coordinating a variety of academic projects, activities, reports and schedules.
● Providing overall administrative assistance to academic department’s leadership, faculty, research and administrative staff.
● Resolving payment issues with the Accounts Payable department.

Inclusive Education Supervision
• Interacting with parents and advocating students with special needs for the purpose of defining and implementing services addressing the unique needs of each qualifying student.
• Coordinating program components, supporting needs and materials for the purpose of delivering services that conforming to established guidelines.
• Providing assistance in developing proposals, new programs, budgets, and grants collaboratively as part of the Administrative Team for the purpose of meeting student needs. Presentingprofessional development as needed to Special Education Staff.
• Facilitating meetings processing, etc. for the purpose of developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate special education services.
• Participating in personnel functions (e.g. recruitment, hiring, evaluations, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining adequate staffing, matching staff to student needs and ensuring that objectives of special education programs are achieved within budget. Preparing written documents for the purpose of responding to inquiries, conveying information, or memorializing meetings.
• Assisting with the presentation of information on programs, services, regulations, etc. for the purpose of serving as a resource for parents, school personnel.
• Supervising personnel for the purpose of assuring the development and implementation of services based on student needs.
Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
● Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of the company.
● Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
● Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance. Assist in employee appraisals, promotions, compensation and termination based on the performance review.
● Production - Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
● Communication - Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions. Conducting regular meetings with the team to discuss issues, concerns, updates etc.
● Sales, Marketing and Customer Service - Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
● Strategic Input - Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
