Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees. Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.

Schedule in-house and external events
Lead the Technical team consists of 15 employees. (The team consists of Mechanical, Electrical, Auto Electrical, Heavy Lifter Operators and Helpers)
To plan and manage the day to day CY and CFS Operations ensuring speedy loading, unloading and clearance of Containers and maintaining the prescribed levels of productivity and cost standards.
Ensuring that Import operations are carried out in the right sequence as per plan.
Interaction with the Shipping Lines, Customs and other Statutory Govt. Bodies..
Look after Scrap Yard area and responsible for all the documentation process.
Planning, Execution and modification in major repairs.
Maintain the Fleet Management System, Overtime and Manuals (MIS).
