1- The Coordinating with the Alumni regarding their queries via Emails or calls.
2- The core value of Alumni Relations Team is to entertain their alumni in every aspect so another major task is to build strong long term relationship with the Alumni.
3- I, with the help of other team members arrange different alumni events on monthly, yearly basis.
4- Updating the alumni portal and keeping a check on all the data management related tasks.
5- Writing Content for the Pre and Post events and success stories of alumni for their website.
6- Getting sponsorship for arranging events.
7- Dealing with different organizations for discount offer contracts and circulating the news.
