Assists the Director/ Add. Secretary (Planning & Budget) in Budgetary and Audit meetings.
Conduct Audit of the Headquarter Accounts and Field formations accounts on annually basis.
Prepare working paper for Audit observations.
Scheduled Departmental Accounts Committee.
Scheduled Special Departmental Accounts Committee.
Prepare / Assist higher authorities in Public Accounts Committee
Department Reconciliation Statement, Book Keeping, Filling of office documents, Income tax returns filing, Prepare cash book, Maintains of Store record, Handling/ Dealing with Banks matters. Check Attendance register, Maintain Dead Stock register, Maintain inventory / Stock register, Work as a Caretaker & Cashier.
Check Security arrangement of office premises and ensures safety of office and staff.
Ensure provision of utility services in office like electricity, gas, water, telephone, fax, internet etc. and ensures continued supply without interruption.
Maintains high standard of janitorial services in office.
Check misuse of office facilities by staff and repot to Director.
Assists Director/ Add. Secretary (Admn) in Administration matters.
