Finance professional having more than 10 years of experience working in various avenues of Finance and accounting includes Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Analysis, Costing, Budgeting and Financial Reporting. Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and experience of ERP systems.
• Responsible for preparation of Management Accounts on Statutory format & monthly reports for management to review company’s fiscal performance
• Supervision of GL team for timely data entry of active projects in accordance with the GAAP.
• Review target achievement based on achievements and report deviations with proposed course of action to the management.
• Provide recommendations to improve reporting formats & work on continuous automation.
• Ensure that all the financial transactions are well documented and supported by relevant documents
• Manage working capital and cash flows
• Correspond and coordinate with both existing and new suppliers on payment terms including availing credit from new suppliers
• Develop and monitor the receivable schedule for timely collections and management of cash flows.
• Maintain relationship with business as well as other finance teams to effectively run GL processes including cost recording, accruals, inventory, tax and commission etc.
• Responsible for resource development ,team Management & Succession planning.
•To prepare & control annual operating budget by monitoring the department’s achievement of its KPI’s and to present the variation with analysis to the management.
• Managing and planning of operational/working capital requirements of the Company.
• To performs analyses to support the review and interpretation of business segment financials, year-to-date department budgets, overall and department level performance to revenue targets.
• Prepare periodic Management Reports (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual) providing variance analysis for business results and highlighting the reasons for the variances along with the recommendations for future course in planning.
• Develop and monitor the effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to Management.
• To prepare budget of overheads before start of ensuing year and analyze the actual results against planned data to highlight the significant deviations on monthly and year to date basis.
• Perform Financial Appraisals of different projects for participating in RFQs.
