I have been worked as a Warranty Specialist at Dawlance, a leading home appliances manufacturer in Pakistan. My core competencies included warranty administration, customer relationship management, customer service management, and quality control.
As a Warranty Specialist, I was responsible for reducing the product service call rate, the product external/warranty cost, and analyzed the market returned faulty parts. I also conducted market failure data analysis and corrective action planning, and provided market/customer perspective to the new product development forum. I have developed and implemented various mechanisms and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the warranty and service processes, such as the control GRN mechanism, the dent and damage recording mechanism, and the Sales force, SharePoint, and CRM software. I have also achieved the warranty cost target and reduced the GRN by 23 from last year, saving the company 11,181 euros annually.
