Based on educational background I started as volunteer with social sector from the scratches to become a professional helping hand for deserving ones around me. Luckily I could polished my skill to work effectively in implementation of multiple projects, conducted business professionally to ensure all project management roles are covered properly including HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Program Administration, and Implementation. Actively participated in all events of the project management keeping in mind time and results quality, ensured teamwork, participation, empowerment, accountability. Multi-tasking, time management capacities developed to meet the deadlines and work under pressure. Having expertise in program coordination, knowledge and information management, M&E and reporting, HRM, project designing, budgeting forecasting, finance, procurement, and logistics.
Besides these professional skills I experienced enterprise development, team building, logical framework analysis, reporting, documentation and management software and apps. My interest in the field of computer made me a learned expert in digital marketing, web development, Graphics designing, integration and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

• Handling Poverty Score Card to identify poor and vulnerable group in community for targeting to benefit them through livelihood activities.
• Scrutinize Poverty Score Card issues to resolve it as per criterion and report it accordingly.
• Reporting PPAF activities to regional and head office.
• Assist in collecting, compiling, organizing and storing the flow of information and administrative and management files produced within the livelihood program, including: work plans, budgets, monthly/quarterly reports, monitoring tools, fact sheets, case studies and pictures.
• In close consultation with technical experts, Program Management Unit in project planning, monitoring, project reviews and reporting.
• Develop and ensure maintenance of information tracking systems (tracking sheets or databases) for indicators.
• Visit field sites (as and when required) to monitor and evaluate projects’ qualitative and quantitative aspect against agreed indicators and report back to the concerned management on regular basis.

• Plan, implement, manage and monitor the district operations of MSS National Expansion Program according to the approved business format for operations, finance, MIS, HR and other policies and guidelines.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of the operations that include main center, camps and Community Based Distribution by working closely with Executives Private Providers and the District project team.
• Ensure personal development and capacity building of members in coordination with HR and Training, Monitoring & Evaluation departments.
• Update and formally report to Regional Manager Operations on project activities, lessons learnt and performance as per required deadlines and reporting formats
• Contribute to gender and Risk Management policy formulation, its implementation and monitoring & evaluation.
