>Joined with the task to improve process and modernization of system with PLC system.>Key responsibility of designing, commissioning and normalization of electrical, PLC & control related operations.>Efficiently managing IMAL s.r.l Dosing system and Glue kitchen implemented through SCADA, Hapco Lamination Press, Steinemann Sanding machines, Siempelkamp Hot Press and Imal PAL Group Flackers.Key Accomplishments:-Installed VFD with PID configuration for auto control of Feed conveyors to DSM, Dry Hammer Mills using the WAGO control.-Automation of 12Ton Flacker Hydraulic system and control with all functional safeties including Auto Braking system, Accident Prevention actuators, using Mitsubishi PLC and Weintek HMI.-Configuration & implementation of SCADA system using the Weintek MTV-100 server for connecting multiple PLCs including Siemens S7-300, Mitsubishi FX2N, FX3U and FX3G as clients and build a SCADA system over Ethernet with remote access on Mobile, Local WLAN using VNC Viewer and EasyAccess 2.0-Automation of Air compressor section installed in remote location to with auto start routines, schedules routines, fault routines and shutdown routines to maintain the air pressure level to mitigate the downtime.-Complete designing of automation control system for Printing machine with infeed outfeed hydraulic lifts and conveyors using FATEK PLC.-Working on installation of Siemens S7-1500 PLC with ET200SP  in Dryer and Chipper section and intelligent monitoring of Silo Levels, Feed speed control, Dryer inlet and outlet temperature PID control, moisture control and synching with Dosing bunkers.-Working on implementation of database server using MySQL for QC  and Analysis.

>Shoulder the responsibility for preventive and breakdown maintenance of HT/LT Motors, ACB/VCB, HT/LT switchgears and NGR Panel.
>Designed, upgraded the PLC control system for various process level applications. Retain 11KV system safety devices, safety instruments.

Key Accomplishments:
-Successfully implemented load management and energy monitoring system using Klemson analysers with RS-485 modbus network of 11 stations remotely connected through GTOR gateway capable of remote webpage login over ethernet that greatly helped in power management for Energy cost reduction.
-Worked on Omron PLC CP-200H for forming line logic improvement and Omron HMI for addition of histograms & trends using CX-Developer.
-Worked on custom IMAL based glue dosing system with provision of fiber flow Kg/min, glue dosing L/min with calculation of Density, concentration and fiber dry weight using the Online moisture meter.
-Development of preventive and predictive maintenance, PM record and generation of reports.

-DCS using Data Highway plus protocol. Wonderware Intouch HMI, RSView32 HMI. Solely did project for remote data logging of Network Analyzers through Modbus RTU RS485 communication.
-Installation, maintenance of RTD, thermocouples, Load cells and weigh scale indicators and their interfacing with PLC.
-11KV system safety devices including CDG, Alstom Reverse power relays, ABB 913 Motor Safety Digital Relay. Undervoltage/overvoltage.
-Installation and commissioning of APFC system using Nokian power factor relays.
-Installation of frequency drives for different type of application LS Puma Fuji and Denfoss VF drives. etc.
-HT 11KV XLPE cable laying planning, VCB installation and commisioning.
-Participated in installation & commissioning Woodward Load sharing module EG3200 for Load sharing of K-Electric 11KV with Deutz 1.4MW four gensets.

I was working in the Engineering Branch: a sub branch of Infrastructure & Services
Branch of TMA Iqbal Town Faisalabad.
 Site Survey for the rules and regulations regarding building viz. of plazas, large building

 To maintain the regulation of street lights of whole city. Their working, repairing,
automatic switching operation.
 Installation of new electrical equipment on streets, roads in different areas of city.

existing system.

-Designed the circuit logic and pneumatic system for Sugar-cane Yield Testing machine.
-It comprises of hydraulic press, compressor, Pneumatic Control, User key interface for automatic control.

- learned detailed Operations characteristics of power plant, working of main
components of Combined Cycle Power Plant that includes Introduction and
Familiarization with CCPP, Gas turbine, Compressor, HRSG, Steam Turbine and Balance
of Plant.
-worked in Instrumentation and Control Department, where I learned about Process
Measuring Instruments, Basic Logic of Controllers and Main Control System that are used
in the power plant and there i gain good knowledge of different devices, transducers etc as
well as switches, breakers, CT, PT, Transformers, switchyard, Operation of control
system.
 Also worked and got knowledge of RTD, Pressure Sensors, Frequency Inverters,
Thermocouples and Positioners.
