Responsibilities:
• Passing & proceedings of payable voucher.
• Passing & proceedings of receivable vouchers.
• Preparation of monthly financial statement of Company.
• Preparation of monthly payroll & update payroll with bonus & deduction of employees.
• Preparation & reconciliation of sales invoices & their follow up.
• Bookkeeping of all vouchers.
• Petty Cash issuance & also manage the account of petty cash.
• Assist Management in establishing effective & efficient internal controls.
• Implementation & improvement of standard operating procedures & policies.
MANAGE ACCOUNTS & FINANCE, MAINTAIN SALARY SLIPS, ATTENDANCE REPORTS, & TRANSPORTATION, Accounting, analysis, budgeting, financials, transactions, taxation or any other relevant area.
As an assistant manager the major job duties were as follow:
• Preparing & mailing sales invoices to distributors.
• Posting daily collections to distributor accounts.
• Reconciling cash receipts & deposits.
• Analyzing financial records for accuracy.
• Reconciling distributor ledgers at the month end.
• Posting of credit and debit notes.
• Preparation of monthly payrolls & proceed deductions against advances to employees.
• Manage Transport Facilities for administration & Office infrastructure up gradation.
• Preparing bank reconciliation statement.
