v  Maintain defined stock level and follow-up with the procurement department in respect of meeting demands.

v  To monitor the Audit, checking and dispatch operations of Packing Raw & Finished Products.
v  To manage, monitor & control overall inventory, warehousing & distribution activities.
v  Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.

v  Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations.
v  To plan, develop and control weekly/monthly/annual Reports and Audit.
v  Close liaison with Sales and Production Planning department for requirements and Production Planning and make insure availability of material on time.

v  Train, develop, mentor and supervise his subordinates in all of the concerned departments that fall within the supply chain process.

v  Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report to Logistics Manager.

v  Improvement & development of warehouse.
v  Monitor all vendors and customers, ensuring that they are in compliance with the company’s best practices.
v  Always research to improve all warehouse operations according to company’s objectives.

Firstly I check the document receive in packing store from deferent venders delivery challan, packing list and the material quantity verified with the challan quantity then after unloading the material on palate and de dusting material after stores at under test area then informing Q.C department for taking sample for analysis after approve material by Q.C department then preparing (GRN) goods receipt note if material reject to store in store rejection lock in key.




v  To monitor the counting, weighing and dispensing operations of Packaging Material,Raw and Finished Products.

v  To monitor Lean manufacturing in production Department.
v  To approve the Order Quantity for inventory.
v  To make proper arrangement of weighing and dispensing in the section.
v  To give remedies to his subordinates for any problem in the warehouse in consultation with the warehouse Manager.

v  To make sure the cleanliness of all sections/areas of Supply Chain Department.
v  To monitor on time delivery of Packaging & Raw Material to the Production Department.
v  To maintain the utmost minimum inventory level of the packaging & Raw materials and the finished goods this was given by the management.

v  To inform the warehouse Manager if any discrepancy found in the any section.
v  To monitor the whole activities of the employees working in the Supply Chain Department.
v  To monitor the storage and handling activities of the finished goods & Packaging & Raw Material.
v  To maintain stock rotation of packaging material and finished store with the help of staff.
v  To monitor the activities relating to return to store (RTS) of the packaging & Raw materials received from the Production department.
