Develop, implement, manage and review the HSE Plan for Pakistan in conjunction with the HSE Senior Director, North Asia (including project delivery) in line with the Enterprise Accounts strategic HSE Plan. This includes embedding of operational ownership of risk and risk mitigation strategies.
Compile and maintain reporting and performance monitoring and analysis and review against established metrics and standards.
Assist as necessary with reviewing existing Policies, Procedures, Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work including an appraisal of how these are implemented in the workplace.

Monitor all the Job activity at the site to ensure safety compliance.
Monthly Inspection program of Site equipment and Firefighting equipment to ensure safety.
Installation of safety signs, traffic control signs and other safety promotion posters to remind workers to work safely and enhance safety awareness among them.
Develop and implement HSE practices throughout the organization and regularly inspecting PPE, Safety rules, Work Permit system, Tool box talks, safety meeting, method statement etc.
Participate in the development and implementation of operational risk assessments to help in identifying & mitigating hazards for critical activities.
Conduct and identify periodically hazard identification risk assessment of all hazardous activity as per requirement.
Conduct regular training of employees on HSE Policy, objectives, Procedures, and all other HSE documents.
Carryout or arrange workplace HSE inspections and audits and ensure that any remedial recommendations are implemented.
Carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss and develop all incidents /accidents reports timely with recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Ensure that all critical activities are risk assessed and control measures.
Increase and apply the awareness on health and safety levels within the organization.

*Identify the rock formation, Drilling Operation and Wellsite Geology.
*Specialised tests, rock-cutting data, wireline data, core samples and Well Monitoring.
*Preparation of daily reports along with update tables and figures of EOWR and Logs.
*Good at sample description, lithology percentage and morning report.

Provide support to the project by maintaining a presence to the field performing site visits..
Provide support to Project and Operation team, Perform facility HSE Inspections.
Comprehensive report writing on various environmental studies.
Engaged in Dewatering Project of Water Master plan at Thar Parker.
Engaged in identification of drilling sites, supervision & monitoring of drilling for borehole test.
Monitoring the operation at various blocks of Thar Coal.
Monitoring of drilling, Stratigraphic analysis & geological descriptions.
Communicate and assist the field staff to ensure that all safety expectations are understood.

Exploration & Development Operations.
 Compilation of various data, logs and correlation at the time of drilling of wells.
 Monitoring of Exploratory/Development wells which includes daily geological reports, comparison of prognosis/actual operations, well tops, compilation of Well completion reports.
 Involved in preparation of presentations for TCM/OCM, TWS & weekly progress review meetings for the operated & non-operated blocks.
 Technical responsibilities include new areas evaluation for potential farm in opportunities.
 Prepared stratigraphic correlations.
