My Name is M. Fahad Javed and I am a Student of MS/M.Phil business Administration. I have completed my Graduation last year BS Hons Commerce. Ihave worked in Times Media LTD. for 6 months as Assistant Accountant and 1 month intership in Al-Baraka Bank Pvt. Ltd. Now I am looking for a accountant job to secure a position in dynamic organization that will lead to a lasting relationship in the field of accounts, Finance and business development that will enable me to utilize my strong organizational skills and professional experiences, educational background, and ability to work well with employees and as well as employer.
• Setting up sales, purchase and nominal Ledgers and keep up to date ledgers as required.
• Raising Sales invoices, credit notes, preparing customer’s monthly statements and allocating sales receipts against customer’s accounts
• Processing purchase invoices, performing supplier’s statement reconciliation, dealing with suppliers invoices, queries and purchase orders
• Maintain filing system in date wise and alphabetical order.
• Perform duties with attention to details and accuracy and maintain problem solving skills.
• Working with CRO on day to day operations.
• Preparing the account opening documents.
• Scanning and mailing documents to Managers Operations.
• Preparing deposit slips and inward-outward mailing document registers.
• Preparing account closing documents and maintaining records monthly.
