Assist Talent Acquisition & day to day HR Operations
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Assist recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Rollout offer/appointment letters
Criminal and medical background check
Employment and education verification.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Giving a description on the policies, procedures and culture of organization.
Assign the employee IDs, windows login ID & email address, Laptop, phone, sitting arrangements, transportation and lunch etc.
Provide administrative support to Human Resources operations team
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (on-boarding &
employee exit checklist and personal files record)
properly filing relevant documents of the new joiners as required
Conduct exit interviews
Rollout employee clearance form across the board before employee departure.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (hiring sheet, salary, Date of joining etc.)
properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Digital Archiving
To assist entire HR department i.e Onboarding, Payroll,recruitment,training & development, Enroll emplyees in ERP.
