2019), YORK air cooled screw chillers (YVAA-02-2019-300TR),Dehumidifier (Munter-05-2019),Heat Exchanger.
Installation & commissioning of LT panels (ZELON-02-2019-1000KW), MCC (Machine Control Circuit) panels for
HVAC system (ZELON-MCC-03-2019-1000KW), PFI panels (ZELON-02-2019-600KVAR), Transformer (PEL-01-2019-
1000KVA)
Installation & Commissioning of Addressable Fire System (FR-Johnscontrol-2020) for production and beam sensor
for main warehouse (FR-Johnscontrol-2022).
Installation & Commissioning of Building Managmenet System (BMS system) for HVAC System.

Installation & commissioning of Atlas Copco Air Compressor 37 KW with Desiccant Air Dryer (Atlas Copco-ID
GA 37-37KW) with Proper Validation (i.e. IQ,OQ,PQ and Compressed Air Quality Testing).
Maintenance of Class C Boiler(EAGLE-ID 54-1.25 TN), Air Compressor (DH-22-2.9 Cubic mtr/m),FBD Panel (FBD-Glatt120Kg), CARGO lift (3000 Kg) and Water Treatment Plant (Replacement of membrane).
4. Operations (Production Related Activities)
Addition of following machinery in production to enhance capacity with Proper Validation (IQ,OQ,PQ).
Installation and Commissioning of automatic liquid filling machine (JINGLONG-12H-2019), Automatic Capsule
filling machine (Dr Pharm-NJP1200-2019), Automatic Sachet Filling machine (DCK 300 -2022), Double Cone Blender.
5. Engineering Related documentation work
Updates in drawings for quality, PICs DRAP & other requirements.
Preparation of SOPs for new system and maintain its logbooks accordingly.
To maintain work order file so that to maintained machine parts inventory.

To ensure the preventive maintenance of production machines & utilities equipment as per planed
frequency to minimize break down
Maintain AHUs filter cleaning record to provide cleaned air to production (as per area filtration) .
Maintain utilities operation Performa/record to compare with electrical bill costing.
Maintain generator operation record to provide bulk amount of diesels for boiler and generator so that to
prevent from any difficult situation.
6. SAP working
Generating PRQ,ARQ,SRQ,AR in SAP as per requirement on daily basis. (machinery critical parts and
general consumable).
Issuance on daily basis include general consumable, High Speed Diesel e.t.c.
7. Working from Outsource Vendor’s
Working from outsource vendor on daily basis i.e. civil work, building maintenance, electrical working,
HVAC, Water treatment Plant e.t.c
I perform my job responsibility as a site engineer in pakistan elevator engineers(PAKLIFTS).
Being a site engineer my responsibility was totally concern with a whole project contain Mechanical Structure,Control system, Civil work.
In Mechanical structure i assemble most of mechanical parts include Guide rails(12 mm), Counter weight(36"*92"), Roping(4/5), Cabin Assembly(Sample/3D), Shock absorber and all the other major responsibility.
In control system i was totally concern with 100 % of control system in which i have starting from Control panel to digit display.
