I am a development professional with multi-disciplinary experience of more than 10 years and 06 years in Tuberculosis related projects. I have managed and coordinated a number of projects and my last job was with Pakistan Anti TB Association (PATA), Lahore, I have also worked on TB funded projects at Mercy Corps. I have contributed to the service delivery through project management and monitoring & evaluation of the tuberculosis (Global Fund) project in 15 districts of Pakistan. My major duties were assisting project managers, maintaining data, I was also engaged in developing the work plans, and monitoring and preparing reports about progress against approved work plans. I also worked in close collaboration with my managers and supervisors to ensure the implementation in compliance at all stages, especially in collection, analysis and storage of data and reporting on grants.
Therefore, I can assure you that if given a chance I could coordinate and facilitate grant processes at all stages of the grant lifecycle in collaboration with my supervisor and other team members. At Global Fund TB project. I was responsible for preparing project briefs and data analysis for all the stakeholders internally and externally. I always extended my professional support and facilitation to the program team through identification of program implementation gaps and highlighted management challenges.
Furthermore I have a University degree in Social work along with one and half year diploma ‘Youth in Development work’ and one year diploma in computer application so I am proficient in computer application. I have also attended different training and short sessions to enhance my professional skills in administration, IT, finance and management to work effectively and produce results.
I have a Certificate from Mercy Corps and Provincial TB control Program Punjab for participation in a 3-days workshop on Laboratory Supervision and Monitoring for Non-Laboratory Supervisors (NLS) training (05-07 August, 2014) at Institute of Public Health Lahore 2014.
I have more than seven years of demonstrable experience as Project Officer/Coordinator with a development organization and have the ability to prioritize the task in consultation and communication with relevant personnel.
