• Managing ATM Monitoring. • Managing I-Cam & amp, vendor coordination. • Managing Electronic Journal & vendor coordination. • ATM vendor coordination. • Maintaining MIS of FLM & SLM Issues. • Managing Cash replenishment for offsite ATMs. • BAU of Offsite ATMs Outsourcing. • Arranging FLM &SLM. • Managing arrangements for ATM deployment. • Ensure to keep all ATMs must be maintained at regulators standards. • Coordination with IT & NOC for necessity/upgrading activities. • Focus on making services better to be more productive for organization.
• Look after All the queries of customers regarding their data updation.
• Assisting customers with their request related to Maintenance activities such as updation of
email address, contact number and address etc.
• Using problem solving skills to handle difficult or annoyed clients.
• Look after All ATMs of Pakistan to ensure customer services.
• Manage their downtime i.e. Out of Service, Link Down, Low Cash ATM & out of Cash ATM.
• Live monitoring of ATMs on their performances
• Maintain MIS on Excel.
• Instruct branches about their ATMs Issues.
