• Ensures that taxi vehicles downtime it at its minimum as result of traffic violations, breakdowns, driver’s, etc.
• Maintains consistency in taxi vehicles and as well as drivers customers relation, looks, service, etc
• Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles cars.
• Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules.
• Supervise workers assigning tariff classifications and preparing billing.
• Greeted customers on phone and resolved their queries.
• Coordinated with cab driver and ensured location is reached as per scheduled time.
• Supervised working of cab drivers and completed required paperwork.
• Provided feedback to management and resolved various customer and driver concerns.
• Scheduled pick-ups and drop offs and ensured regular airport runs.
• Updating the higher Turkish management on daily basis via email and whatsapp group.
