• Handling Colony of 1500 Employees & 350 Houses (including Families).
• Supervision and Coordination with Contractors for Civil Projects. New Building Structures Expansion and Renovation of Existing’s.
• Cost Analysis reporting of every aspects of administratively and take/implement initiative accordingly to overall allocated resources.
• Coordinate with ERP department to keep update Administrative Design MIS oracle based. i.e Colony Management System, Visitor System, Vehicle System.
• To liaison with Industrial/Employee relations e.g. EOBI / ESSI employee’s registration / settlements difference Matters as per law.
• Budgeting of departments and expenses of employee’s daily/monthly/yearly basis for vigilance approach to manage it.
• To supervise all the security operations, including security personnel Training and development, weapon issuance and related issues. to ensure fire alarms and other safety( EHS Depart)
• Supervision of Company Pool Vehicles Maintenance & Fuel as per company policies.
• Supervising Guest House, house Keeping, Gymnasium Wellness Club, Fair price shops, Canteen, Tuckshop and Weighbridge.
• Supervise/Coordination with Building department to keep company assets (Buildings, Furniture etc) well managed/well furnished.
• To Supervise Gardening/Janitorial Staff on daily basis to attain neat, Clean, green, healthy and active environment. TO ensure for keeping Mills and Colony Area to avoid any unhygienic activity.
• Ensure/supervise housekeeping staff to maintain guest house on timely basis & to keep Employee Wellness Club well managed to entertain company employees.
• Coordinate for conducting internal/external trainings to keep company Human Capital update/aware from different aspects.
• To arrange/manage Events/festivals for company employees active participation/entertainment. E.g. refreshments stalls, fun gala, Sports, annually/bi-annually.
• Supervise/maintained all GROUP LIFE Assurance /HEALTH Insurance Matters/settlements and liaison with labor department.
• To Deal with matter with CBA Registered Unions and settlement of necessary matters.
