12. Arrangements of travel (air, railways, intercity buses and cars), boarding and lodging arrangements, accommodation.
13. Guest facilitation, booking hotels for conferences, internal meeting halls.

1. Managing Interest Free Loan Program which is one of the major component financed by the Government of Pakistan.
2. Data Verification from District Offices on weekly and monthly basis.
3. Preparing reports of total loan disbursement, recoveries, & Over Due amounts.
4. Preparing month end progress reports for donor.
5. Field visit for validation and monitoring, & assisting G.M in all program activities.
6. Preparation and data verification of all three districts excel sheet.
7. Night follow-ups with the beneficiaries and recover the OD amounts.

1. Verification of all purchases of supplier’s invoices and reconcile discrepancies.
2. Regular analysis and follow up for recovery based on credit days assigned.
3. Preparation of all vouchers, cheque, petty cash and cash payments and bank reconciliations.

6. Dispute settlements arising in business dealings.
