To get the approval of BCC before disbursement of loan amount.
To submit applications to credit risk officer for verification and recommendation.
To disburse the loan after complete satisfaction of related formalities.
To compute payment schedules and make sure client understand it.
To educate the customer to pay the installment at banks counter.
To handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
To manage the repayment schedules of customers for timely recovery of their monthly installments.
To build a good rapport with clients to make him/her repeat client.
To follow up on delayed installments.
To initiate collateral liquidation if a client defaults on a loan.
To prepare reports to send to customers whose accounts are delinquent, and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action.
To prepare daily activity report to be sent to the BM.
To achieve targets as per branch daily/weekly/monthly score card
