• Arrear of employees
• Leave Management
• Dealing Health insurance –Group life insurance
• Monthly Medical Reimbursements.
• Confirmation of employees
• Evaluation of employees
• Orientation of employees
• Appointment of employees
• Joining of employees
• Recruitment and selection of employees
• Training and Development
• Arrangement of different ceremonies(Birthdays ,Monthly Award ceremonies Arrangement of Workshops, Employee Anniversary arrangement of employees)
• Conduct Audits(Social Audit,Compliance,Leave in cashment,internal Hr audit)
• Presentations of monthly Productions Status to Top Management on behalf of HR Division.
