A result oriented, public health professional with 14 years of experience in program management, M&E, and capacity building in the public healthcare in Pakistan. Having expertise in Health Management Information System and fluent in M&E, including project design, baseline and final evaluations, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and data collection and analysis. I am committed to the improvement of the health and well-being of underserved and marginalized communities, specifically children and women, through strengthening the collaborations, partnerships, and community mobilization.
I started my career as Community Research Assistant with HPL (Roughton International) in 2008, I joined Integrated Health Services in 2009 as Facilitator under GFATM funded School TB Clubs Project. I had been part of first Public Private Partnership Initiative in Sindh Province as BCC Coordinator in HSDC (Health Service Delivery Contracting out) project funded by Norway NPPI (Pakistan Partnership Initiative) through UN agencies implemented by IHS led consortium. Upon successful completion of HSDC project I continued working with IHS in 2015 as District Manager Naushehro Feroze under MCHIP, project funded by Jhpiego/ USAID. I had been part of public private partnership initiative of Sindh government, under which IHS had been operating 111 public health facilities in 20 districts across Sindh, in 2017 as District Coordinator and then continued as Regional MEAL Manager in 2018 till the project life i.e., Oct 2021. I am currently working with Population Welfare Department Government of Punjab as Project Coordination Officer
Supervise administrative work relating to observance of rules, regulations and procedures and to accord approval / sanction relating to the project.
Revise / implement road map for execution of project initiatives.
Monitor execution of the approved plan as per road map.
Continuous reporting to higher authorities regarding progress of the project.
Perform regular supervision and special monitoring of the project in districts if required.
Watch purposeful utilization of logistics, funds etc.

My responsibilities were:
• Oversee the work and progress of Districts MEAL staff.
• Data collection, consolidation and management and quality management; for successful delivery and attainment of project goal and objectives.
• Conducting rapid assessments and trend analysis of field-based programs to monitor program activity.
• Contributing to design and implementation of periodic evaluation activities including baseline surveys, research and evaluations in the area of health.
• Collecting good quality monitoring data in a timely manner and organize and report data received for reporting to the line manager.
• Using monitoring checklists and conducting periodic field process, monitoring, quality assessment and data validation, and provide feedbacks and recommendations to line manager for timely improvement.
• Developing capacity of Hospital Staff / MS, partners and relevant staff on the DHIS and other M&E tools, data management, data recording, analysis, monitoring and evaluation methods, principles and reporting systems.
• Organizing and facilitate monthly health facility and district based progress review meetings and guiding district and health facility staff on using DHIS/MIS data for decision making.
• Making sure the utilization of appropriate reporting templates/DHIS/MIS tools. Facilitate the acquisition and aggregation of data at health facility and district level.

My responsibilities were:
• Worked as lead of project in District.
• Built the capacity of Health Services Providers and Clinical Superintendents in fulfilling the assigned tasks.
• Ensured good performance of the health facility technical staff unit through objectives setting and performance appraisals.
