Prepare departmental correspondence, documents, reports, Presentations
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Organize functions and events
-Maintains an effective oral and written communications process between college administrators and their staff and the Office of the Dean
-Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office; develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation.
-Provides assistance and support to the office principal in problem solving, project planning and management, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives.
-Oversees and facilitates resources management and administration procedures and documentation for the principal.
Ensure customer service related activities are being done with in bench marked time.
Achieving the S&CS monthly sales / revenue targets.
Do the suggestive selling to the visiting subscribers.
Ensuring top of the line customer relationship management.
Adhere to administration requirements and discipline at the S&CS.
Working as a team player in a harmonized manner
