Responsible for the general accounting function including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules, ledgers, account and bank reconciliations.
Conducting daily reconciliations of cheques and cash transactions of PNBA
Filing and tallying all monthly payments and receipt invoices of PNBA
Assist with the preparation, analysis and verification of accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to reporting and procedural standards
Maintain the general ledger operations
Responsible for timely monthly and annual closing by performing journal entries and reconciliations.
Assisting senior accounting team members in conducting tax and financial audits

1. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting.
2. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the bank account of Bostan Agriculture.
3. Monitoring and analyzing daily stocks in/out accounting data and produce daily, monthly, and yearly financial reports or statements.
4. Monitoring and analyzing daily stocks accounts payable/receivable.
5. Payroll for the employees.
6. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
7. Monitor and analyze customer's usage of Bostan Agriculture products.
8. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
