Design and update company’s notice board.
Leading Recruitment and Selection activities.
Carrying out induction activities, orientation, and plant visit.
Manage and update HRIS (SAP).
Responsible for issuing contract letters.
Formulation and Implementation of HR policies & procedures.
Manage Health Insurance of employees.
Develop and execute HR forms.
Manage annual performance appraisals.
Assist in conducting trainings programs for employees.
Process Payroll of FF and Head office.
Maintain Employee relations, Employee communication, Employee engagement, Discipline and peaceful working environment.
Conduct exit interviews.
Make monthly HR reports.
Assist in Recruitment and Selection through screening CVs, telephonic interviews & scheduling, keep hard and soft record.
Attend and participate Job Fairs in Universities, interviewing and maintain a CV data Bank.
Perform background checks and follow-up the status and inform to management for necessary action.
Responsible for degree verification of employees, contacting universities and send letters for degree verification.
Maintain and update personal files of all employees including management, non-management and contractual.
Weekly follow-ups of personal documents of employees for completing their personal files.
Maintain soft record of personal data of management staff.
Conduct Audit of personal files of management & non-management staff thrice in a year and send report to HHR.
Manage and update employee's data in company's HRIS system.
Maintain and update leave record into system / manual.
Manage attendance of head office and plant for all employees including trouble shooting in coordination with IT and share attendance analysis on monthly basis with functional heads.
Provide complete support in full & final settlement cases with coordination of finance department and update all exit analysis as per requirements.
Responsible for issuing experience certificates to ex-employees as per HHR instructions.
Maintain hard and soft records of ex-employee’s data/ personal files.
Facilitate and process vehicle loans of field staff and coordinates with concern departments.
Manage and process Health and life insurance claims of employees, answering all queries / issues related to life and health insurance of all employees.
Process personal loans of employees and maintain its soft & hard record.
Assist in employee engagement activities. o Process visiting cards, employment cards and health insurance cards of employees, update, revised and cancel upon joining, confirmation and resignation/termination.
o Answering and directing all calls.
o Opening, distributing, collecting and maintain a record of the incoming and outgoing mails

o Support the executives in absence of executive secretary
