Assist in the day-to-day management and sales force of EFU Life to process the new policies, reinstatement, surrenders, maturities and claims.
Filing official insurance paperwork, such as claims, maturities, surrender and other insurance documents brought to the insurance manager.
Working closely with the Managers and assisting them as needed, the goal is to ensure that all agent and client deadlines are met and that an exceptional standard of service is always delivered.
Must work well with coworkers, producers, clients, and local office contacts, as well as provide excellent support and assistance to them.
Administrators may also be in charge of managing property inspections on occasion.
Data entry of new policies, as well as the processing and input the applications of new recruitments into the branch operation support system.
Cash/cheque management, bank deposits & managing petty cash.
• Experience in the field of office work, HR, administration, finance.
• Preparing payroll.
• Preparing full & final settlement of employee at the time of resign.
• Preparing reconciliation reports.
• Preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies.
• Maintain accurate master data of all employees of the company.
• Maintain company’s bank accounts.
• Maintain ledgers, petty cash on company’s software.
