I did my MBA from Northwestern Polytechnic University, USA in August 2012 and my BBA from Iqra University, Pakistan. My work experience includes UBL Fund Managers Pakistan where worked from April 2014 to June 2014 and AR Diamonds, USA where I interned from fall of 2011 to spring of 2013 and then worked from March 2013 to December 2013. My responsibilities included at UBL Fund Managers included facilitating the existing clients in maintaining their accounts, resolving the customer queries, assisting the new customers by telling them about the industry and our products and assisting them if they wish to open an account, processing the forms brought by the sales agents and walk in customers, coordinating with the sales agents whenever required, coordinating with the back end operations office, coordinating with other departments as and when required, managing the day to day activities
My responsibilities included at AT Diamonds included assisting in the creation of the year-end financial statements of the company,managing the inventory, checking it with invoice, entering the inventory into the database, making sure the inventory is stocked and ordered on time, making invoice returns and reconciled the inventory worksheets faxed to the office every week, Carrying out analysis of inventory, profitability and sales of the company and discussing it with the management, managing the monthly expenses of the company and worked on the feasibility of opening the stores of the company.
I also worked as a teaching assistant at Northwestern Polytechnic University in the fall of 2011 and my responsibility included assisting the professor in teaching, Collecting weekly assignments, checking and grading the quizzes and assignments, invigilating the quizzes, sorting out the queries that students had regarding the course, homework questions and grades allocated, discussing the overall progress of the class with the professor.
During my BBA I interned at MCB from June 2009-July2009 where i was involved in managing data entry for MIS department, database quality control, organizing the available data,Conducting research on the topics provided
Also, I interned at World Education Services where I was responsible for creating reports on universities abroad and their requirements, registering new students and enter their information into the database, marketing-cliental services, contacting the students and informing them about various classes offered
