ICT service desk supervision
Monitoring and managing daily incidents and service requests.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Providing first line service desk support to SAP and Lotus Notes.
Liaison with end users to determine the nature of problems and resolution.
Maintaining records of software licenses.
Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
Managing documentations and inventory.
Lotus Migration and Configuration Account on S1 (iCloud).
Installation and Configuration of IP Cameras & Supervision
Network Troubleshooting and Configuration.
Network Cable Laying, I/O termination & Cable Tracing
