• Independently manage all activities of the medical billing cycle of assigned clients.
• Efficient Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of the assigned clients to establish and maintain positive, long-term relationship with clients.
• Timely and error free medical bill entry and posting of the reimbursements received from insurances.
• Ensuring client satisfaction by an effective and regular follow-up on accounts receivables.
• Swift and accurate remedial action on claims denied by healthcare insurances.
• Independent and timely communicate with insurances to ensure steady stream of clients cash flow. Account manager is not supposed to take claim calls team’s assistance.
• Independent and regular communication with client and his office staff including prompt response to their queries and concerns. Account manager is not supposed to take client relations team’s assistance.
• Understanding of relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and working towards positive results for the assigned clients against all KPIs.
• Striving for optimum utilization of company resources on the assigned clients and suggesting areas of improvement.
• Keeping the immediate supervisor aware of all important issues of assigned clients.
Handling and Maintaining all Port Finance & Accounts affairs, & Inventory Management
Handling and verifying miscellaneous utilities / expenses bills.
Office management and supervision of field activities
Custodian of all the operational and general inventory
Custodian of all company related machinery and appliances
Petty cash management and fund allocation and for all the operations at Daudkhel and Attock Port.
Daily and monthly reporting to the head office regarding all staff, civil work and barge
Attending HR and Admin matters, sorting CVs, interviews, and taking care of staff matters.
General Office management maintaining files both in soft and hard form.
Monitoring and keeping record of all admin related purchases
Checking / maintaining vehicle Log Book on daily basis, fuel record along with mileage and assure company vehicles and water crafts are in good conditions
Junior Staff Management & Reporting
Allocation of duties and assignment to the staff on daily basis
Hiring of daily wager staff as required
Assurance of security measures for the staff deployed in river for exercise and training program
Coordination and Communication with river survey team
Coordination and Communication with the staff of irrigation department and Jinnah Barrage for water data collection
• Handling Accounts & Inventory Management.
