Major Job Responsibilities Include:
Making complete budgets of the project (Defence View Apartments), keeping in view the criteria of cost saving and improving quality of operations and getting them approved by the Board of Directors.
Incorporation of approved budget & reporting actual vs budgeted reports on monthly basis directly to the Board of Directors.
Presenting detailed monthly profitability reports to Board of Directors of the project with reasoning of any variances against the approved budget.
Making and presenting monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounts for the management and financial accounts for external reporting.
Incorporated customized financial templates for management reporting & implementation of ERP Software (Connect Solution & Zameen CRM).
Coordination with other departments like HR, Technical, Operations, Tax for the purposes of internal reporting to the Board of Directors.
Responsible for overall payable functions of Dupak Properties (Pvt) Limited, which includes vendor and all other payments of company. Also responsible for managing funds, investments and other finance matters directly related to payments.
Supervising revenue side of Company. My role is to ensure that revenue is correctly reported from software and is timely posted in Software (Zameen CRM).
Performing responsibilities as a fixed asset controller of both the Project.
Responsible for monthly stock counts at all the stores, I have to make sure that issues identified are timely resolved.
Complete coordination with external and internal auditors of Company.
Making all kind of Reports which are required by the Board of Directors regarding Revenue, Cost & Payables.
Managing overall accounts and finance function of DVA which includes payables, receivables and all other construction specific activities like costing and wastage analysis of ongoing construction activities.
Responsible to track and overlook performance of recovery and marketing teams as this is major source of revenue and all budgets related to spending are dependent on this.
Responsible to make item wise budgeted cost and their wastages comparisons, variance with actual cost.
Now I am very much involved in some major decisions relating to operations of DVA like formulation of bylaws and operations’ related SOPs.
Managing weekly BOD meetings related to Marketing, Construction, Accounts & Finance and Costing. I have managed to gain confidence of the Board and successfully delivered as per their expectations.
Responsible to make costing reports after coordination with store, central team and procurement department and verify these with accounts after checking GRN’S, P.Os and payments Vouchers.
