·       To provide at all times a professional, courteous and rapid response to individual users / Infrastructure Teams ( NETWORK, APPLICATION MANAGEMENT) • Removing Vulnerabilities from user laptop/Network Machines. • Responding to user/ management queries on given SLA’s. • Managing VM’s local Hard drives as per TP environment • Inventory Management. Photocopiers, scanners, video conferencing equipment’s and projectors • Installation of all Servers and PCs with their application software and drivers of peripheral devices like printers, scanners, APs, and wireless Setup • System Administration and maintenance of IT backend systems and storage infrastructure • Document all systems operations, configurations, upgrades, processes, procedures, installation, implementation and testing. • Liaise with internal teams and vendors to enable timely and optimal delivery of project objectives
·       Users Creation on Active Directory and replicate to Cloud Server
·       OU Making, Group Making and managing On Active Directory.
·       PMP Server Administration , Weekly Audit and sharing Reports with Management About Passwords Changing and reseting.
