I have a professional work experience of above 5 years in which more than 4 years have been purely in the HR domain. I am currently employed at Ocean Pakistan Limited (OPL), formerly Orient Petroleum Limited as HR Coordinator within the HR Department. I aim to further my career by putting forth the best of my knowledge and capabilities to my organization in a mutually beneficial manner, so that i not only grow as a person and a professional but i can also deliver the highest performance levels possible.

My professional work experience spans over the Development, Oil Gas and the Telecom sector, with companies like Oreint Petroleum Ltd., USAID Agribusiness Project, MOL Pakistan, British Council, UNDP, ASF (Acid Survivors Foundation), Mobilink and Warid.

Academically i have well above average performance with a gold medal in my MBA (HR) with a CGPA of 3.96 and a CGPA of 3.85 in my Undergraduate degree. Quite frequently on the rectors honour list, I have an international publication up for peer review a research paper focusing on the socioeconomic determinants of Violence against Women in Pakistan.

Equipped with commendable communication and interpersonal skills, my experiences till now have given me the opportunity to deal with not only a diverse group of people but a highly diverse range of tasks. Based on all this along with a can-do attitude, with an immense focus on efficiency and effectiveness, i believe i can perform any task put forth for me.
