Takreer Project, Habshan Gasco ProjectAnnual HSE Plan review and implementation,PTW system and gas testing,HSE Management System,Conduct HSE Induction, awareness session and orientation,Conduct Periodic HSE meetings,Perform HSE Inspections, audits and reviews,Analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis,Establish fire warden, develop emergency checklist and train them on their roles and responsibilities,Manage subcontractor HSE,Conduct Risk assessment workshop and provide TRA.

Identify and stop all unsafe acts and conditions,
Conduct daily and weekly toolbox talk,

Implement and update Group Manager HSE and Project Director regarding HSE Management System and SOP compliance.

Liasion with process and technical team and support them in daily activities by supporting them in HSE related issues.
Conduct Risk Assessment of Plant and also Job Safety Analysis of critical activities.
Conduct safety talks on day to day basis,
Implement HSE guidelines of Sharif Group and ensure all SOPs are followed,
Ensure continuity of Permit to Work System and maintain its record,
Ensure Bio Safety, Electricity Safety, Mechanical Safety, Chemical Safety, Hot works, Confined Space, Work at height and also implement PPEs,
Report Group Manager HSE by providing data related to HSE incidents (Near Miss, LTI, MTC, RWC & FAC), non-conformances and daily inspection reports,
Issue HSE violation tickets on Significant Non-Conformances,
Identification of potential emergency situations and implement Emergency Response Plans,
Identify and stop all Unsafe acts and conditions,
Prepare HSE budget and submit to Group Manager HSE,
Implement TNA and conduct trainings required,
Laision with Environment and Explosives Departments and support them in issues related to HSE,
Ensure quarterly Environment Monitoring from third pirty,
Procruement of HSE related items for Plant.
To develop Emergency Response Team and conduct trainings and Drills,
Implementation of Safety Signage on site.

To prepare and participate in emergency mock drills.
To provide induction training, tool box talk and training instruction to employees.
Prepare JSA/Risk Assessment and follow permit documentation.
To prepare observation recorded on site.
To ensure availability, usage and trainings about PPEs at site.
To communicate Evacuation plans and Inspection of First Aid Stations.
Check isolations and ensures safe work practices are being adhered to.
Utilize positive reinforcement when correcting unsafe behaviors also acknowledging safe behaviors.
Complete daily assessments of high risk activities i.e. Lifting Operations, confined space, hot work, radiography etc.

To Identify implements and maintains appropriate training facilities, materials, and resources to support HSE training need.
Monitor contractor activities and follow PTW.
Conducted safety trainings as per company requirements.
Maintain and produce health, safety and environmental statistics and records.
Oversee the HSE team to consistently administer all aspects of accident prevention, Fire protection and other safety policies.
Ensuring Risk Assessment / Job Hazard Analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive / control measures are in place.
Ensuring all safety precautions are completed and checked prior to a work activity commencement.
Ensuring availability, usage and trainings about PPEs at site.
Administer HSE trainings, First Aid, CPR and Fire Safety trainings, lectures and campaigns on site.
Industrial hygiene surveys.

Learning and gaining pracctical experience of deminerilzation, fuel oil treatment, froth floation process, gas and steam combined cycle plant and RO plant.

Ensure that all accidents and incidents are properly reported,
Weekly inspection of all the fire extinguisher and kept in the secure position and also maintain a record for their service and expiry date,
Participate in safety promotions, campaigns, seminars and courses when required,
Conduction of daily toolbox talk,
Daily operational meeting to highlight safety concerns,
Process safety troubleshooting,
Complaints and concerns from workforce and taking appropriate action,
Preparation and participation in emergency mock drills,
