• Greet guests and patrons as they arrive and ask for identification, ensuring that the provided credentials are accurate and providing visitor’s passes to guests.
• Coordinates with General Manager SBC for entertaining and welcoming the VIP visitors at SBC.
• Manage the registration process and handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately and routing guests arrival information at different entry points.
• Operate switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls and answer queries.
• Refer guests of tenants to appropriate offices and providing guests with directions around the business complex.
• Ensuring guest complains are recorded, filed and forwarded to concerned departments.
• Coordination with all the focal persons of (39) companies situated in SBC.
• Ensure safety and security of Guests while visiting to the Complex.
• Marketing & sampling of new products.
• Booking orders & making deliveries.
• Handling warranty claims.
• Report generation.
• Handling large amount of cash & cheques.
• Handling stock keeping unit (SKU).
• Delivery of orders placed & confirming receipt.
• Posting bills & payment recovery.
