Mr.Musa is humaintarian/developmental professioanl having experience in projects and program management of diverse desasters and multi-sectors from last more than 16 years response include health, Food Security and Livelihoods, camp management, Agriculture restoration and multipurpose cash assistance. He has managed milti milloin donor funded project like ECHO, AA, BMZ,WFP, SIDA,Save the Children, Caritas Austria, KNH, NCA, PPAF, Goverment of Sindh, he has enjoyed field of experties in ascending positions at at proviencial and national level.
Writing concepts/proposals, budget controlling, coordination with government stakeholders and writing reports for many donors are the key compitencies of Musa .He has experience of responding Poverty reduction, Livelihood, Agriculture, DRR and Emergencies , Meternal & Child Health, Social Protection and current COVID response projects in his career.

The Major role is to Manage WHH-BMZ funded project "Strengthening the Socio-economic Resilience of Youth by Promoting their Economic Self-reliance in three provinces of Pakistan" in four district if Sindh Thatta, Sujawal, Badin and Jamshoro.
The Major activities of the project are.
Major activities of the project are as follows.
1. Provision of training for youth. (Six months training either through vocational training institute or job placement).
2. Supporting job placement for youth.
3. Provision of career counselling, life skills and mental wellbeing.
4. Coaching/Mentoring of youth to enter the job market, Follow-up visits or phone calls with the trainees.
5. Support with job placement for youth.
6. Supporting enterprise development for youth through provision of business start-up kits.
7. Link with Financial Services.

I was managing 80 project staff and one project office, 4 taluka Offices, with 4 Taluka Managers Livelihood, IGG, HRD, Finance and Admin officer, and team of Social Organizers the project budget of PKR 1billion.
The Major role of this position was to provide technical support to the teams in Dadu, Jamshoro, Tharparkar and Umerkot and Umerkot during phasing out working children and enrolling them in schools creating livelihood support options for the parents to ensure their Food and Nutrition requirements and secure their right of food.The overall budget of this project was PKR 257 million and 100 staff member in 4 districts.
The Major role of this position was Coordination and monitoring of the program in district Tharparkar and Sanghar and liaison with line department regarding WFP Cash for work (Improve Household Nutrition during droughts) in both districts.
The overall budget of the project was PKR 200 million with 60 staff members headed by 2 district coordinators
