NATIONAL OPERATIONS&MAINTENANCE COMPANY, O&M DIVISION OF ACWA POWER INTERNATIONAL (JEDDAH,KSA)
– KANUPP -125 MW, Karachi Atomic Nuclear Power Plant (1988 – 2008)
1. Conduct regular assessment of maintenance personnel’s daily accomplishments and improve teamwork among a multinational workforce (comprising of over 25 personnel of 8 nationalities).
2. Implemented all corporate preventative /predictive/breakdown maintenance procedures.
3. Ensure strict compliance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 policies while completing maintenance tasks.
4. Propose improvements in maintenance schedule for the implementation of reliability centered maintenance.
5. Initiate and complete work order processing in SAP Plant Maintenance Module for all Mechanical notifications (corrective, preventive and predictive).
6. Manage spares management through MRP and manual initiation of Purchase Requisitions in SAP Material Management module for routine and annual outages.
7. Coordinating with the planning department and planning all outages to align them with procedures and resource allocation.
8. Preparation of next year’s budget plan according to priorities of critical spares, tools & other consumption.
9. Supervise & manage SHUT DOWN jobs included ,Installation , Overhauling/ Repairing HIGH PRESSURE RO VESSELES MEMBRANE & ULTRA FILTERATION UNIT as well as their HYDRAULIC TEST, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and rotating equipments such as HIGH PRESSURE PUMPS, PRODUCT& SALT WATER PUMPS, CHEMICAL PUMPS, COMPRESSORS, BLOWERS,ENERGY RECOVERY TURBINE, VALVE,ACTUATORS ,MOTORS DEBRIS FILTER,CARTRIDGE FILTER&SCREEN.
10. Conduct condition checks on running equipment according to SAP PM Plans. These condition checks for leakage’s, vibration, noise and temperature.
