·         To ensure complete implementaion of scheduled headways through GPS,AVL and CCTV cameras at staions and main corridor.
·         Collecting information by monitoring and observing activities through cameras/AVL system in control center to detect irregular activities and keeping detailed log of the voilations.
·         To ensure better quality of services all ongoing activities (at buses and routes) comply with the conditions of the declared project assigned to the company.
·         To ensure effective communications with the Assistant Manager BRT Control Centre and control centre staff at all times.
Compile daily operational reports,compliance reports and voilation reports

·Responsible for administration of construction contract works, and assist the Resident Engineer with prompt exchange of correspondence, submittals, and RFI\'s to all contractors.
· Orient, assign, and supervise the construction inspection staff on a daily basis so that all contractor activities are adequately covered.
· Supervise and remain vigilant regarding all aspects of the construction activities. Respond with appropriate and necessary levels of construction supervision to provide quality assurance in accordance with contract documents.
· Coordinate the interface of the construction work with other contractors on the site. Orient inspectors to verify that contractor is following his approved site Health & Safety plan.
· Review the contractor\'s progress at all times. Monitor the material incorporated in the work, the materials stored at the site, and the contractor\'s manpower and equipment.
· Review inspector\'s daily reports and preparation of engineer\'s daily diary, and general oversight of inspector\'s daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance, and guidance on the supervision of the contractor\'s operations.
· Coordination with contractor\'s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work.

·  Checking the availability of all relevant plans, drawings, Schedules, Specifications and other contractual documents of multistory buildings on site and fitness for purpose
· Preparing regular progress reports of construction work at site.
· Checking the QA Record including the following but not limited to: Source Approvals, Concrete Job Mix Formula, Empirical Bearing Capacity Test, Approval Forms, Test Results Testing Methodology/Approach, Availability of Field Testing Equipment
· Checking that the Scope of Work matches the actual work taking place on site.
· Ensuring through the checking of MIS Entries that any issues (NCRs, Failed Inspections or delay related Re-inspections) are being documented accurately and resolved in a timely manner.
· Undertaking site checks to monitor progress.

· Effectively direct inspections, design quality control, and health & safety plan, monitor the widespread use of PPE equipment & removal of debris.
· Successfully fill and attach construction forms, contract variation orders, rebar, material, and source approvals, bar bending schedules, concrete test results, and non-compliance reports.
·  Maintain site records, construction schedules, drawings, contract statement, and scope of work of requirements or specifications and perform all major milestone visits requiring joint measurements on site.

· Ensured quality and integrity of targeting, implementation, including adherence to technical guidelines, administrative systems and established deadlines. Identified and responded to related staff capacity building priorities.
