• Maintain Accounts, Day Book, Ledger Books, Trail Balance, Profit & Loss, Reconciliation of parties ledgers and banks accounts, Payroll, Prepare payable and receivable of parties ledgers and daily expense sheet including office expenses and drawings of owners
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
• All this work done manually first and than recorded online software of company.
