-ENTERING WORKING HOURS MANUALLY FOR LOCAL EMPLOYEES IN PAYROLL EXCEL SHEET ON DAILY BASIS.
-ENTERING LEAVES IN THE PAYROLL EXCEL SHEET ON DAILY BASIS.
-UPDATING AND PRINTING OF DAILY TIME SHEETS FOR LOCAL EMPLOYEE.
â¢FILLING AND RECORD KEEPING:- -
FILLING OF LEAVE FORMS, PAYSLIPS, TERMINATION DOCUMENTS, EMPLOYEE CONTRACTS , WARNING TICKETS AND ANY OTHER CORRESPONDACE RELATING LOCAL HIRES IN THEIR REPECTIVE FILES.
-MAKING INVENTORY AND FILE TAGS FOR TIME SHEETS AND PERSONAL FILES OF THE NEW HIRES.
â¢CORRESPONDANCE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS:- -ASSISTS HR MANAGER AND HR/PAYROLL ASSISTANT IN HIRING AND TERMINATION PROCESS.
-PREPARING LABOR IRIS REPORT FOR HR ON DAILY BASIS AND IDENTIFY EMPLOYEES COMING LATE. â¢
PERFORM ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY THE SUPERVISOR.
⢠I USED TO OPERATE COMPUTER. CALCULATOR, COPY MACHINE ALONG WITH HANDHELD DEVICES, SCANERS FOR COMPLETING DAILY TASKS. GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS INCLUDING THE ABILITY TO LISTEN AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ARE IMPORTANT TO THE JOB.ALL OTHER CLERICAL WORK IS CARRIED OUT BY ME AS PER SUPERVISOR'S INSTRUCTION, FOR EXAMPLE (FILING, LOG UPDATING, PRINTING,SCANING,INSERTING,SORTING,PERFORMING
