I am currently working with Devcon Project MCHIP.
My job responsibilities are as following:

• Ensure the implementation of work plan activities under MCH services project in target district.
• Organize and conduct on-the-job-training for the facility level staff at district level.
• Monitors and coaches SBAs to assess their competency level identify the area that needs improvement ,draft performance appraisals and personalize action plan as necessary.
• Arrange MCH related training at district / facility level.
• Support and ensure quality MNCH service at health facility level in district.
• Prepare and share regular progress report and other project report to line manager.
• Liaison with stakeholder at district level and coordination for the MCH service project activities with the support of line manger.
• Keep the line manger informed on success , challenges and lesson learned under MCHIP.

My job descriptions were :

Provide the clients with the most effective method of contraception.
• Monitor and sterilization of medical equipment before the camp setup.
• Maintaincene of BIN card after every camp.
• Ensure the availability of all contraceptive (Condom, Oral pills, Inj: Depo, IUCD) methods at the camps.
• Daily check and balance of Flow meter and Oxygen Cylinder.
• Daily Check, balance and maintaincene of medicine stock.
• Daily checking of OMU van.
• FP Counseling to the clients.
• Monthly basis reporting of SMR.
• Monthly basis reporting of minor and major.
