• Working as Manager Design- Operations in Skyelectric Solar Solutions Company. • Managing complete Design Operations Projects of South Region covering major cities such as Karachi, Hyd, Sukkur and Quetta.• Managing and supervising Solar Solution Systems of capacity 3kW to 100kW above systems both Grid-Tie & Hybrid spread across Sindh and Baluchistan Region. • Worked on all Tier-1 Solar panel technologies such as Trina, JA, Jinko, Canadian Solar etc. • Looking after Design Operations of State of the Art inverter technologies ranging from Huawei, Sun grow etc.

i.   New Wind Power Projects
·  Working on two new Wind Power Projects which are in Construction phase having 50MW and 60MW capacities, situated in Jhimpir Wind corridor of Pakistan.
·  The Wind turbine models selected for 50MW and 60MW wind farm capacities are Gold Wind 2.5 MW × 20 turbines and Siemens-Gamesa 2.0 MW × 30 turbines with EPC Contractor Hydro China Construction Company.
·  The Projects has successfully achieved the Financial Close and are in execution phase.
·  Negotiate with O&M Contractor of various techno commercial clauses in the contract and assist the legal team in overall contract negotiations. Worked on EPC, O&M, OE, IE agreements etc.
·  Reviewing and amend certain documentations from a technical perspective such as EPC, O&M, LTSA & Consultant Agreements etc.
·  EPA, Operating Procedures, RFP, RFQ, documentation review and finalization.
ii.   Wind Power Projects (Operational)
·  Technical Assistant Manager at 50MW projects Metro Power and Gul Ahmed Wind Power located in Jhimpir, Pakistan.
·  Oversee O&M Engineers, ensuring regular and efficient plant O&M activities & energy data recording.
·  Working on 50MW wind power plant with EPC and O&M Contractors Nordex Germany and Descon Engineering Ltd.
·  Operation monitoring and Maintenance of Wind turbines & EBOP using SCADA systems of the Wind Power Plant.
·  Review of Technical drawings, Contracts, Reports & documents of Erection, Commissioning and O&M of the Plant.
·  Identify the state-of-the-art parts and services that are available in the market to reduce the number of outages during the term/life cycle and maximize the availability of the plant.
·  Regular Inspection and tests of Mechanical equipment, structures of Wind Turbines and the facility.
·  Reviewing Oil Sampling Reports of Power Transformers, Hydraulic systems and Gearboxes.
·  Performing Scheduled (Type 2 & 3) & Unscheduled maintenances on Nordex N100 2.5MW Turbines, 80m Hub Height.
·  Meetings with EBOP & WTG O&M Contractors for operational wind farms.
·  Review of Contracts, EPC, O&M and project documentation.
·  Abseiling Training: Theoretical & Practical Safety Instruction of Climbing a Wind Turbine Type N100 R80m Hub Height.
  Contract Management, Contractual Negotiations & Commercial:
·  Reviewing the EPC, O&M, Independent Engineer, Owner Engineer contracts and highlighting the short-comings as per the terms set out under the Contract.
·  Negotiate with O&M Contractors of various techno commercial clauses in the contract and assist the legal team in overall contract negotiations.
·  Management and coordination with respect to Bank guaranties, Warranty Bonds, Mobilization Bonds, Insurance bonds with relevant entities.
·  Coordination with representatives of Contractors, consultants, Power purchasers & regulators for technical matters.
iii.   Solar Power Projects
·   Solar-Utility Scale Projects (50MW)
·  Due diligence of under development projects of 50MW Solar Power are in progress situated in Baluchistan Pakistan.
·  Reviewing of Technologies associated to Solar Power plant equipment’s such as Solar Panels, inverters, Transformers and Trackers & EBOP etc.
·  The Solar Panels of different types are reviewed such as (Poly, Mono, Thin-Film, Half-Cut cells and bifacial etc.) along with their technical specifications (Efficiency, temperature derating, Power Output etc.) of various OEM’s.
·  Preparation of project studies (Transportation, geotechnical, topographic, grid interconnection study etc.) with Consultants are prepared to develop a consolidated project feasibility study report.
·  Meetings with EPC and O&M Contractors for the 50MW Solar power project.
·  Milestones are targeted to achieve such as Generation License, Tariff, LOS, Financial Close etc.
·   Solar- Industrial and residential projects
·  Worked on Solar system designing and shading simulation software’s such as PVSyst and Helioscope.
·  Worked on Google Earth for the location coordinates, Azimuth angles and near shading of Solar site location.
·  Meetings with OEMs, vendors and Contractor companies for different Solar projects (residential and Industrial).
·  Design review for Solar project proposals from various Contractors for different design orientations.
